Jan has worked in the field complementary therapy since 1993, ten years having been spent working in a Hospice helping individuals to cope with the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of their cancer journey.

Jan integrates her advanced training in hypnotherapy with her knowledge and training of other therapies (including CBT, EFT, Diet and Nutrition, Hypnobirthing, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Reiki) to offer a flexible, encouraging and holistic approach.
